Special Western Weekends Offer Old Fashioned Romance and Fun for Couples and Families

GRANBY, Colo., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The historic C Lazy U Guest Ranch (http://www.clazyu.com) has announced two special weekends in February to bring couples and families together for a magical winter experience in the Colorado Rockies.

"Valentine's Day and President's Weekend have always been a most special time at the C Lazy U," said Brian Murray of the family-owned ranch near Granby. On Valentine's Day weekend (February 11th, 12th and 13th), couples have the chance to fall in love all over again with a child-free candlelight dinner, Champaign sleigh ride, chocolate covered strawberries in their rooms, a peaceful swim in the spring-fed, heated outdoor pool, or just time alone snuggling by the fire. President's Day weekend (February 19th, 20th, and 21st) is focused on winter activities which the entire family can enjoy.

The ranch offers complimentary shuttles to SolVista and Winter Park, 15 and 25 minutes from the ranch, for those folks with an "alpine appetite."

There is a two-night minimum stay at the rate of $225 per person per night for adults and $180.00 per person per night for children 3 - 17. Rates include accommodations, housekeeping, three meals per day, and all ranch facilities and activities. A fully supervised program packed with activities for children ages 3 - 17 allows busy parents the chance to spend some romantic time together, and gives mom and dad the break they deserve.
