Independence Air to Begin New Airbus Service to West Palm Beach, FL Tomorrow; Schedule Includes Three Daily Roundtrips From Washington Dulles
Dulles, Va., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air will begin low-fare service to Florida's Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) tomorrow, February 1st, with three daily non-stop roundtrips to/from its hub at Washington Dulles International Airport. The flights will be served by the airline's new Airbus A319 aircraft, featuring all-leather seating in a single- class configuration with comfortable legroom.
West Palm Beach will become Independence Air's fourth Florida destination- joining Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville. New service to Fort Myers, FL will begin on February 17th.
All flights are available for sale on the Independence Air website at FLYi.com. All fares are sold one-way and a Saturday night stay is NOT required for any fare. Seat assignments can be reserved at the time of booking and flights are not overbooked.
Independence Air currently serves a total of 38 destinations. In addition to the new Florida service described above, non-stop flights from Washington to Las Vegas will begin March 1st. Las Vegas will become Independence Air's first destination in the West, with additional West Coast destinations to be announced shortly as the airline continues to add new Airbus aircraft to its fleet throughout the first half of this year.
