Conrad Hotels and Las Vegas-based Majestic Resorts to Announce
Plans for a New High-Rise Luxury All-Suite Hotel and Condominium Tower
in the Heart of the Las Vegas Strip

WHAT: A special informative and celebratory event for the press,
business community and public. Food, drink and entertainment will
be provided.

Conrad(R) Hotels, and Majestic Resorts Inc announce plans for a
new high-rise luxury hotel and upscale residence in Las Vegas.
The $350,000,000 project will encompass a 60-story, 378 all-suite
five-star Conrad Las Vegas and 286 ultra luxury residences in the
Majestic Resort and Residences facing Las Vegas Boulevard. The
Conrad Hotel will embrace the first 30 floors of the tower, and
the Majestic Resorts will feature an additional 30 floors
consisting of the 286 high-end condominiums. The elegant European
two-story lobby and entrance features concierge, 24-hour doorman
and valet, a 14,000 square foot health club and European luxury
spa along with an upscale dining, shopping and entertainment
complex.
