ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI) , today launched a sale for flights to all of the airline's destinations with fares starting as low as $39 each way. Travelers may purchase these sale fares at http://airtran.com/ or via AirTran Airways' reservations system at 1-800-AIR-TRAN. For Spanish, call 1- 877-581-9842.

These special fares are available for purchase February 1 through February 15, 2005, and good for travel through June 15, 2005. Like all AirTran Airways fares, prices included in this sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a roundtrip purchase or a Saturday night stay.

*All fares are one-way. All fares are non-refundable, and a $50 fee per person applies to any change made after purchase plus any applicable increase in airfare. Ten-day advance purchase required. Tickets must be purchased by February 15, 2005. Travel must be completed by June 15, 2005. Travel to Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers, Miami, Orlando, Sarasota/Bradenton, Tampa and West Palm Beach valid Sunday through Wednesday and travel from these markets valid Tuesday through Friday. Fares for travel to/from all other markets are not valid on Fridays and Sundays. Service to/from Myrtle Beach resumes April 5, 2005. Service to/from Indianapolis begins May 4, 2005. Seats are limited, subject to availability, and may not be available on all flights. Blackout dates are as follows: February 18, 21; March 25, 28; and April 3, 2005.
