2005 Taste of Vail Offers Delicious Evenings With Winemaker Dinners

VAIL, Colo., April 4 /PRNewswire/ — The 15th Annual Taste of Vail, to be held April 6-9, 2005, will feature Winemaker Dinners, pairing the country’s most celebrated vintners with the amazing talents of Vail Valley’s most innovative chefs.

“The Winemaker Dinners were created not only to highlight the great chefs that live and work in our own backyard, but to pair each chef’s unique cuisine with the perfect wine from the world renowned wineries featured in the Taste of Vail,” said Susan Fritz, Taste of Vail board president. “The Taste of Vail places equal emphasis on both the food and wine elements of the event. The always popular Winemaker Dinners allow our chefs to showcase their talents inside their own restaurants alongside a chosen winemaker who will pair their wine with the menu selection.”
