Royal Caribbean Named Best Overall Cruise Line by Travel Agents in Travel Weekly Readers Choice Awards
Latest Award Caps Cruise Line's List of Honors for 2004
MIAMI, Jan. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Travel Weekly has named Royal Caribbean International Best Overall Cruise Line for the second year in a row in the publication's Second Annual Readers Choice Awards. More than 2,000 travel professionals were surveyed for the competition, which also gave the line top honors for Best Cruise Line: America and Best Cruise Line: Caribbean.
"Travel Weekly's readers represent many of the most informed and experienced members of the travel industry, so it is a particular honor to be named two years running as the best cruise line," said Adam Goldstein, executive vice president for Royal Caribbean International.
The Travel Weekly awards cap off an impressive year of international honors for Royal Caribbean. Recognized by consumers, travel agents, industry professionals and journalists, Royal Caribbean has been singled out for excellence for overall cruise experience, culinary offerings, marketing, ship design, environmental consciousness and technology.
