Delta Customers Have More Than 10,000 Reasons to Go to the Super Bowl

Fans in Boston, Philadelphia can take advantage of extra flights to Jacksonville

ATLANTA, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Customers heading to the Super Bowl on Feb. 6, 2005, will have more than 10,000 extra seats to choose from as Delta (NYSE:DAL) adds an unprecedented number of additional flights to the host city of Jacksonville, Fla. Football fans, especially those in Boston and Philadelphia, can take advantage of the largest amount of additional service ever offered by Delta for a single event.

In addition to more than 20 daily flights already offered to Jacksonville from Delta’s Atlanta and Cincinnati hubs, along with New York and Washington, D.C., the airline will add at least 47 extra flights to the city during the key travel period of Feb. 3-8, 2005. These extra flights will be from New York’s La Guardia Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport.
