From President George Washington to President George W. Bush: 43-President Portrait Unveiled on Presidents' Day at Philadelphia's National Liberty Museum
Museum Expands Its Hours for a Full Day of Presidential Activities!
PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ --
What: During a full day of unique Presidents' Day activities, the
nation's only portrait of all 43 U.S. Presidents will be
unveiled! This enormous work of art, 8 feet wide and 4 feet
tall, is being added to the Museum's permanent collection.
Activities also include crafts and self-guided tours for
Philadelphia families.
When: Presidents' Day
Monday, February 21st; exhibit opened from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Details: The National Liberty Museum offers visitors to Philadelphia's
historic district a fresh view of America's origins and
heroes. On Presidents' Day, Museum visitors will see our
exclusive collection of authentic Presidential China - from
George Washington's plates to Nancy Reagan's "Reagan Red"
place-setting. The day will also include special "Presidential
Tours," and a free "Design Your Own White House China" make-
and-take craft project for children.
Never seen before, "The Presidents" is a full-color portrait
including all 43 United States Presidents - from George
Washington to George W. Bush - posed at the Capitol. The
portrait stands 4 feet tall and 8 feet wide, with an ornate
frame and will be open to the public for the entire day.
The National Liberty Museum is dedicated to celebrating democracy and diversity, promoting tolerance and defusing violence. Located at 321 Chestnut Street in the heart of Philadelphia's historic district, the Museum is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. The facility is fully accessible to disabled visitors.
