Canadian Businessman Conceives and Develops the Largest Ever Capital Project in St. Lucia
Private Marina Resort Development "The Landings, St. Lucia" Launches
TORONTO, Canada, February 23/PRNewswire/ -- Canadian Businessman Frank Heaps is the visionary behind a luxury marina resort development 'The Landings St Lucia'. At US$170 million, it is the largest ever capital project in the history of St. Lucia. The Landings comprises a private yacht basin and 228 luxury residential freehold properties. Toronto based Frank Heaps (founder and President of Upper Canada Brewing when it was selected as one the original winners of Canada's 50 Best Managed Private Companies Awards), initially fell in love with St Lucia whilst working there in 1974-75 for the UNDP. Back on holiday recently he spotted the development potential of the 20 acre parcel of land on the island's most beautiful beach.
