PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ — The Canadian Snowbird Association is hosting a Winter Information Meeting in Panama City Beach on Monday, February 28. The Winter Information Meeting is a mixture of advice and entertainment and is hosted by the Canadian Snowbird Association.
“This is a free event,” says Gerry Brissenden, president of the CSA. “All Canadian snowbirds and their American friends are welcome. Almost two million Canadians visit Florida each year, so we’re expecting a large turnout.”
Bay County is a popular destination of snowbirds and other Canadians. “‘The Beach Lovers Beach’ and the year-round sunshine are definitely attractions,” says Brissenden, “but so are the good restaurants and shopping. Canadians know a bargain when they see one.”
The CSA Winter Information Meeting will be held at the Boardwalk Beach Resort at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 28.
