Snowbird Information Meeting – Clearwater

CLEARWATER, FL, March 2 /PRNewswire/ — The Canadian Snowbird Association is hosting a Winter Information Meeting in Clearwater on Friday, March 4. The Winter Information Meeting is a mixture of advice and entertainment for snowbirds.

“This is a free event,” says Gerry Brissenden, president of the CSA. “All Canadian snowbirds and their American friends are welcome. Almost two million Canadians visit Florida each year, so we’re expecting a large turnout.”

Clearwater is a popular destination of snowbirds and other Canadians. “Clearwater has so many healthy, outdoor attractions,” enthuses Brissenden, “with some of the best beaches and golf courses in Florida. Plus don’t forget the Toronto Blue Jays play grapefruit league ball down the road in Dunedin.”

The CSA Winter Information Meeting will be held at the Harborview Center at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 4.

The Canadian Snowbird Association is a national not-for-profit advocacy organization dedicated to actively defending and improving the rights and privileges of travelling Canadians.
