Premier Bags and Continental Airlines to Launch First Class Gift Bag Service February 1

First Class Customers Flying From Newark to Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Seattle to Receive Complimentary Gift Bags

Top Fragrances, Ghirardelli Chocolates, Caudalie Lip Conditioner, Bantam Book Titles and Iredale D2O Hydration Spritz Featured in Inaugural Gift Bags

NEW YORK, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Starting Feb. 1, 2005, Premier Bags and Continental Airlines (NYSE:CAL) will begin providing first class customers on Continental flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Seattle with complimentary gift bags featuring items from some of the top names in fragrance, publishing, skin care and gourmet desserts, it was announced today by Laine Lipsky, Chief Executive Officer, Premier Bags, Inc. and Mark Bergsrud, Vice President of Marketing Programs and Distribution, Continental Airlines. The service will be available on only those flights originating from Newark Liberty International Airport. Among the participants for the first cycle of gift bags are seven top fragrances, including Prada and Carolina Herrera (one per bag), Ghirardelli chocolates, Caudalie Lip Conditioner, five Bantam Book titles and Iredale’s D2O Hydration Spritz.

Though specific terms of the agreement are not being disclosed, Premier Bags, Inc. will provide a complimentary gift bag featuring several high-end products every quarter. First class customers receiving Premier Bags will be on flights departing from Newark Liberty International Airport to four cities: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and San Diego.
