Picacho Peak Plaza 45 Miles North of Tucson, Arizona on Interstate Hwy 10

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Michael L. Bowlin, chairman and chief executive officer of Bowlin Travel Centers, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: BWTL) is pleased to announce the grand opening of the new state-of-the-art travel center aptly named Picacho Peak Plaza for its location in the historic Picacho Peak area that is located approximately 45 miles north of Tucson, Arizona. Strategically located on one of the busiest interstate highways in Arizona, I-10 is the main transportation route between metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson. Picacho Peak Plaza has 10,000 square feet of retail space, a convenience department for gourmet coffee and snacks with a large screen plasma TV with satellite news feed plus a state-of-the-art super-pumper gasoline facility offering CITGO brand gasoline. Featured in the retail area is an abundance of southwestern arts and craft, Mexican goods and imported products from all over the world.

The Picacho Peak Plaza is across from its sister location, the Picacho Peak Dairy Queen Travel Center. BOWLIN travel centers have been part of the Picacho Peak landscape since 1985 and serve the traveling public for both north and southbound traffic.
