NEW YORK, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Paramount Hotel New York -- located in the heart of Times Square at 235 West 46th St. -- is joining with American Express to offer New York for less to American Express(R) Cardmembers with a special room rate of $199 per night, plus a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room and breakfast for two when booking and paying with an American Express Card. In addition, Cardmembers receive 20% off their dinner bill at the hotel's Mezzanine Restaurant when they pay with the American Express Card.*
