ORLANDO, Fla., March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI) , today announced that the airline is now offering double credits to its A+ Rewards members for all travel booked at http://www.airtran.com/ to or from the airline's newest destinations, Indianapolis and Charlotte, through June 30, 2005.
"This offer enhances our industry-leading loyalty program and promises to stimulate travel in both of these important cities," said AirTran Airways director of marketing Tad Hutcheson. "Our A+ Rewards members traveling to or from Indianapolis or Charlotte can earn a free one-way coach ticket after only 1-1/2 roundtrips in Business Class, or two roundtrips in coach."
AirTran Airways A+ Rewards members can earn double credits for qualifying travel booked at http://www.airtran.com/ between March 16, 2005, and June 30, 2005 and completed by June 30, 2005. Customers must book at airtran.com to receive double credits. Only credits earned for flying AirTran Airways qualify for this offer. Credits earned from the airline's partners such as Visa, Hertz and American Express will not be doubled.
