Aloha Airlines Announces Southern California Schedule
Aloha Will Offer Five Flights a Day From Orange County and Two From San Diego
HONOLULU, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Aloha Airlines today announced its schedule for expanding Aloha's Hawaii service from ultra-convenient John Wayne Airport in Orange County. With the addition of a second daily flight to Honolulu and a second to Maui, Aloha Airlines will operate five daily departures from Orange County, inviting travelers to avoid the traffic and congestion of LAX, and fly to Hawaii with far less hassle.
Beginning April 3, four convenient morning departures daily -- two to Maui, one to Honolulu and one to Kona, will provide a tempting array of options for getting to any of Hawaii's islands in time to enjoy a day on the beach. In addition, a new early-evening flight to Honolulu will make it possible to put in a day's work before taking off, or make same-day connections through Orange County to other places in Hawaii.
"An in-depth analysis of Aloha's routes and schedules revealed a strong demand for our brand of transpacific service from Orange County to Hawaii," said David A. Aloha to add a second flight from San Diego
In addition, Aloha also announced that it is increasing service to San Diego, its newest destination.
Beginning April 3, Aloha will operate a daily non-stop from San Diego International Airport to Honolulu. The new flight complements Aloha's current daily non-stop between San Diego and Maui, which began on December 15, 2004.

Travelers who book online at http://www.AlohaAirlines.com between now and January 31, may take advantage of Aloha's Winter/Spring fare sale. Fares for midweek flights to Hawaii from Orange County and San Diego for travel through February 15 start as low as $169 each way, with taxes and fees additional. Fares from Orange County and San Diego to Honolulu for midweek travel between February 16 and March 10, or between April 19 and June 15 start as low as $209 each way, with taxes and fees additional. Aloha to end Burbank and Vancouver service
In order to reposition aircraft for the added Orange County and San Diego flights, Aloha will be discontinuing service to Burbank and Vancouver. Effective February 1, Aloha's Burbank-Reno service will be suspended. On April 3, all service from Burbank will be discontinued. Then, on April 11, Aloha's service to Vancouver will end. Reservations will continue to be taken through the last day of service. Passengers booked on future Aloha flights to and from Burbank and Vancouver will be re-accommodated.
