US Airways Offers Introductory Fares on New Nonstop Service to and From Washington, D.C.

ARLINGTON, Va., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — US Airways is celebrating the launch of new nonstop service between Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Detroit and Houston beginning Feb. 6, 2005, with an introductory fare sale.

“These new flights offer multiple daily departure times, catering to the busy schedules of our business travelers,” said Andrew P. Nocella, US Airways senior vice president of planning. “Additionally, all of this new service features all-leather, two-by-two seating on regional jet aircraft. US Airways is pleased to serve our travelers’ needs nonstop from Washington’s easiest and most convenient airport.”

Under this introductory sale, tickets must be purchased by Feb. 1, 2005, and travel is valid Feb. 6 through March 24, 2005.

Sale fare requirements: Fares are based on required roundtrip Coach travel on US Airways’ nonstop flights only. Tickets must be purchased at least seven days in advance of travel, within 24 hours of making reservation, and no later than Feb. 1, 2005. Tickets are non-transferable. A minimum one-night stay is required. Seats are limited and may be sold out on some flights or dates. Lower fares may be available in these markets, and fares are not available in all markets. Other conditions may apply.

After the initial reservation, cancellations or changes are permitted for up to 24 hours; after 24 hours, tickets become nonrefundable. If the entire reservation is canceled on or before the scheduled date of travel, the ticket will retain value and can be used toward another nonrefundable ticket less a $100 US Airways administrative fee, up to one year after its original issue date. New travel must originate within one year from date of issue. Any subsequent changes to the exchanged tickets will incur at minimum an additional $100 fee.

As an exclusive limited-time offer, customers can earn double miles good towards Preferred status with the purchase of any paid fare for travel on nonstop flights between Reagan National Airport and Atlanta, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas/Ft.
