Delta Customers Traveling in the Southeast May Be Affected by Winter Storms

Delta customers may change travel plans without penalties or fees

ATLANTA, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Delta Air Lines' (NYSE:DAL) customers booked on flights to or from Atlanta, and other impacted cities in the Southeast, may make adjustments to their travel schedule due to the potential impact of winter storms on Friday, Jan. 28 through Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005.

Customers traveling to, from or through affected cities on Delta, Song(R), Delta Connection(R) or Delta-coded flights during the specified time periods listed below may make changes to their flights without penalty or fees. Customers whose flights are cancelled may request refunds. All customers are encouraged to check with delta.com for the latest news on the Southeast winter storms in addition to their local airport's web site prior to departure.

If you purchased a ticket by Jan. 27, 2005, and are scheduled to travel Jan. 28-29, 2005, to, from, or through the following cities on Delta, Delta Connection(R), Song(R), or Delta-coded flights, you may make a one-time change without penalty or additional fees if you change your ticket by Jan. 30, 2005, and begin travel on or before Feb. 2, 2005. Changes to origins and destinations may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between your original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking.

-- Charlotte, N.C.
-- Columbia, S.C.
-- Greensboro, N.C.
-- Greenville/Spartanburg, S.C.
