MILWAUKEE, June 9 /PRNewswire/ — Adelman Travel Group has ranked number eight in the 2005 annual Business Travel Survey published by Business Travel News. The Wisconsin-based company has a customer base with a range of $1 million to $30 million in travel-related expenses. The Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) provided the air ticket transactions and sales data of 34 sizeable corporate travel firms for the survey. Adelman Travel Group experienced one of the largest percentage growth increases of the group, with a 17 percent increase in air ticket transactions and a 16 percent rise in sales.
Adelman Travel Group’s recent growth is attributed to several new business contracts with global clients in addition to its ninety-eight percent client retention rate. The company also purchased two travel management firms based in Connecticut, adding to its corporate offices in Wisconsin, Irvine, Calif., and Boston. Adelman Travel is poised for additional growth with the recent installation of a voiceover IP network connecting all of its offices and related proprietary travel technology systems.
