- Special Thanks to Flying Blue and VoyageurRewards Members –

NEW YORK, June 22 /PRNewswire/ — To celebrate its new daily service from Detroit to Paris, Air France announces two special offers to reward passengers with valuable benefits toward future travel on Air France: Bonus miles for members of Flying Blue, Air France’s frequent flier program; and a Tempo (Economy Class) reward ticket as a special perk for company members of its VoyageurRewards program.

Flying Blue Miles Bonanza

As a member of Air France’s loyalty program, Flying Blue, passengers receive up to 10,000 bonus miles each time they travel round-trip on Air France between Detroit and Paris, from June 20 to September 30, 2005.

Additional bonus miles are offered to elite-status members: Silver members earn 50% more; Gold members earn 75% more and Platinum members 100% more – enough to instantly redeem a round-trip Tempo (Economy Class) ticket within the U.S. on any Flying Blue airline partner. Members also earn another 2,000 bonus miles when they travel round-trip with Air France partner, Northwest Airlines, round-trip to or from Detroit, within the U.S.

Thanking VoyageurRewards Members

Air France is also rewarding companies in its VoyageurRewards program, with one Tempo (Economy Class) ticket when a member employee flies round-trip in l’Espace Affaires (Business Class) between Detroit and Paris, or on to another European destination from June 15 through September 15, 2005. VoyageurRewards is Air France’s loyalty program designed for U.S.-based small- and medium-sized firms.

About VoyageurRewards

VoyageurRewards allows companies to accrue points each time their employees travel on Air France or on Air France code-share flights that can be used toward round-trip reward tickets and upgrades from the U.S. on the Air France worldwide network. Participating companies can use points according to their preferences or business needs. For example, a company reward employees with upgrades and tickets, or accrue points for future business travel. Importantly, employees can accrue miles in their own personal frequent flyer programs (e.g. Flying Blue) and, at the same time, earn points for their company via VoyageurRewards each time they travel. Membership is free and there are no minimum travel requirements. New members enrolling online at http://www.airfrance.com/us receive a 750-point welcome bonus, as well as two instant discount reward certificates.
