Air France Announces Anniversary Fares From $299 Round Trip to Paris Plus $5.05 in France or $50.05 in Europe

NEW YORK, May 4 /PRNewswire/ — To celebrate the first anniversary of its listing on the New York Stock Exchange on May 5th (5/05), Air France announces an exciting promotion with extraordinary value for passengers — and paying immediate dividends on investment in an Air France ticket.

Passengers who purchase round trip tickets between May 5th and May 15th, 2005 will receive exceptional value for round trip travel from the U.S. to Europe between November 1st, 2005 and March 31st, 2006 with no blackout dates. One free stopover in Paris is included on the return flight.

Special anniversary rates to Paris begin at $299 round trip per ticket. Add as little as $5.05 for round trip travel to any of five destinations within France, or $50.05 round trip to any of eight cities within Europe. Restrictions: These promotional rates are valid for departures from November 1, 2005 through March 31, 2006. Tickets much be purchased by May 15, 2005. A Saturday night stay is required; with a maximum stay of one month. Travel must be on Air France-coded flights and must originate from an Air France U.S. gateway. Ticketing is required within 24 hours of reservation confirmation.

After issuance, tickets are not refundable. Fares shown include fuel surcharge. Government-imposed fees and taxes between approximately $87 and $122 are additional, and include the September 11 Security Fee of up to $10 per round trip. After ticket issuance, no changes permitted before departure. There is a $200 fee for changes after departure. One free stopover in Paris is permitted on the return flight.
