AirTran Airways Launches 48-Hour Sale For Travel To/From Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI) , today launched a sale for flights to all of the airline’s destinations from Atlanta, Boston, Chicago (Midway) and Philadelphia with fares starting as low as $39* each way. These special fares are available for purchase for 48 hours through Wednesday, January 25, 2006, and are good for travel through March 8, 2006, and are not valid for travel on Sundays. Like all of AirTran Airways’ fares, prices included in this sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a roundtrip purchase or a Saturday night stay.
