AirTran Airways Launches Sale for Travel to All Destinations Booked on Airtran.com

ORLANDO, Fla., June 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI) , today launched a sale for travel to all of the airline's destinations with fares starting as low as $39 each way. Travelers may only purchase these sale fares at http://www.airtran.com/ .
These special fares are available for purchase June 21 and June 22, 2005, are good for travel through November 8, 2005, and are not valid for travel on Fridays or Sundays. Like all AirTran Airways fares, prices included in this sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a roundtrip purchase or a Saturday night stay.

AirTran Airways, one of America's largest low-fare airlines with 6,400 friendly, professional Crew Members, operates over 500 daily flights to 47 destinations. The airline's hub is at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where it is the second largest carrier. All fares are one-way. All fares are non-refundable, and a $50 fee per person applies to any change made after purchase plus any applicable increase in airfare. Tickets may only be purchased on http://www.airtran.com/. Seven-day advance purchase required. Tickets must be purchased by June 22, 2005. Fares are good for travel between June 28 and November 8, 2005. Lowest advertised fares are available for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Additional sale fares are valid for travel on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Fares are not valid for travel on Fridays or Sundays. Seats are limited, subject to availability, and may not be available on all flights. Fares are not valid for travel June 30, July 1, 2, 5 and 9, and September 1, 5 and 6, 2005. Fares, routes, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Fares do not include per-segment tax of $3.20. A segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing. The September 11th security fee of up to $10 is not included. Airport Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 are not included. Fares to/from Grand Bahama Island do not include U.S. and Bahamian taxes of $87.15.
