AirTran Airways Launches Sale for Travel on All Nonstop Routes Booked on airtran.com

- Fly Into Spring with Sale Fares Starting as Low as $39 Each Way –

ORLANDO, Fla., April 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI) , today launched a sale for all of the airline’s nonstop routes with fares starting as low as $39 each way. Travelers may only purchase these sale fares at http://www.airtran.com/.

These special fares are available for purchase April 27 through April 29, 2005, are good for travel through September 28, 2005, and are not valid for travel on Fridays or Sundays. Like all AirTran Airways fares, prices included in this sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a roundtrip purchase or a Saturday night stay.
