AirTran Airways Begins Service To/From White Plains, N.Y.

- Flights and Airfare Costs to Head South in Westchester County –

ORLANDO, Fla., April 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI) , today launched daily nonstop service from Westchester County Airport (HPN) in White Plains, N.Y., to Atlanta, Orlando, and West Palm Beach, Fla.

Westchester County is home to the third airport in the New York area served by AirTran Airways, which also flies out of LaGuardia Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport. The airline’s new service from White Plains will offer connections to more than 35 other cities and feature AirTran Airways’ efficient Boeing 717, one of the industry’s quietest aircraft.
