South Florida and Grand Bahama Island Flights Affected By Hurricane Wilma

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Based on the current forecasts for Hurricane Wilma by the National Hurricane Center, AirTran Airways has cancelled a number of flights into and out of the following cities: Fort Lauderdale, Fla., West Palm Beach, Fla., Fort Myers, Fla., and, Miami, Fla., today and tomorrow, October 23 and 24, 2005. Flights to/from Grand Bahama Island are also cancelled for Monday, October 24, 2005.

Passengers scheduled to fly into or out of these cities (as well as Tampa, Fla., Sarasota/Bradenton, Fla., and Orlando, Fla.) between now and 12:00 pm on Tuesday, October 25th, are offered the opportunity to alter their flight itineraries without change fees or fare adjustments. Every effort is being made by AirTran Airways to notify the affected passengers of these flight cancellations and to make alternate travel arrangements.
