TULSA, Okla., July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Alamo Rent A Car announced today that it is open for business at Nassau International Airport on New Providence Island in the Bahamas. The new location offers Alamo customers easy access to the capitol city, as well as other island points of interest.
"Strategically, the Bahamian market is a natural for our leisure-oriented Alamo brand," said Vice President of International Business Development, Jerry Mosiello. "It is an extension of our Florida market, popular with North American and European travelers. It also compliments our network of locations throughout the Caribbean -- a region where the Alamo brand has already achieved a high level of success."
Mosiello said Alamo's Caribbean locations include Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao (ABC), Antigua, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, St. Barthelemy and St. Maarten/St. Martin.
The Alamo location at Nassau International Airport boasts one of the newest fleets on the island and is comprised of economy, mid- and full-size vehicles, as well as minivans and convertibles.
