Alaska Airlines Vacations to Offer Packages to Hawaii
SEATTLE, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alaska Airlines Vacations is stretching its wings across the Pacific Ocean to offer vacation packages to Hawaii. The packages are part of a new partnership with MLT Vacations Inc. and will include flights operated by Northwest Airlines, an Alaska Airlines (NYSE:ALK) travel partner.
With Alaska Airlines Hawaii Vacations, customers can choose from six Hawaiian Islands-Oahu, Hawaii, Lanai, Kauai, Maui and Molokai. The packages include round-trip airfare, choice of accommodations for two or more nights and, for an additional fee, optional tours, rental car, transfers and more.
"This is something that our vacations customers have been asking about for years," said Brad Walker, Alaska Airlines director of leisure marketing. "Even though we don't fly to Hawaii, we've created a unique partnership with MLT Vacations and are confident our customers will experience the same level of service and high standards they have come to expect on other Alaska Airlines Vacations."
As part of the new partnership, MLT Vacations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northwest Airlines, will use Alaska Airlines flights for its vacation packages to California, Nevada and Mexico.
Alaska Airlines Hawaii Vacations are available for sale at alaskaair.com or by calling Alaska Airlines Vacations at 1-877-777-3710 or your travel agent. Members of Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan receive 1,000 bonus miles for Hawaii Vacations booked at alaskaair.com.
In addition to Hawaii, Alaska Airlines Vacations offers packages to Canada, Alaska, California, the desert Southwest, New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Nevada, Mexico and more. Packages are available in conjunction with travel on Alaska Airlines and its sister carrier, Horizon Air, who together serve 80 cities in Alaska, the Lower 48, Canada and Mexico.
