FORT WORTH, Texas, April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Eagle, the regional affiliate of American Airlines, will add daily nonstop jet service between Chicago O'Hare International Airport and both Nassau, Bahamas, and Colorado Springs, Colo., beginning June 9. American Eagle will operate one round-trip flight between Chicago and Nassau and two round-trip Chicago- Colorado Springs flights using 70-seat Canadair CRJ-700 jets.

"We're pleased to provide the only daily nonstop service from Chicago to Nassau, which becomes the 21st international destination to be served by American or American Eagle from O'Hare," said American Eagle President Peter Bowler. "Our new service to Colorado Springs will complement American's flights to other Colorado destinations, including daily service to Denver and seasonal service to Vail Eagle and Montrose."

The flights have been timed to provide both Chicago customers, as well as those from other Midwest cities, with convenient schedules and are offered at competitive prices.
