American Red Cross - Hurricane Katrina Relief Benefit Concert This Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- This Sunday, September 18th, 2005, on the banks of the beautiful Geist Reservoir in Indianapolis, Bella Vita Restaurant along with the American Red Cross will host an all-day benefit concert and party to raise money for the evacuees of Hurricane Katrina.

Bella Vita Restaurant, located at the Geist Marina, 11699 Fall Creek Road, will be lending their beach and staff to the all-day event. Featuring some of Indy's hottest local bands, all generously provided by Blonde Entertainment, including Aberdeen Project, Greg Bacon, Benito Di Bartoli, Ribs-n-Bones, and Toy Factory.

This day of fantastic food, excellent live music, and partying for a cause, begins at 1 pm, Rain or Shine, with the first band taking the stage at 1:30 pm.

A $20 donation will be taken by the American Red Cross at the door; further funds will be raised by silent and live auctions, with absolutely all proceeds going to benefit the relief efforts.

In addition to the caring generosity of the owners of Bella Vita Restaurant, this event is being made possible through the donations and efforts of corporate sponsors like Coors Light, Sysco, Brown-Forman Corporation, Jack Daniel's, Southern Comfort, IndyScene.com, and American Legends Publicity.
