AmericanConnection to Begin Service Between St. Louis and Baltimore Washington International Airport
ST. LOUIS, April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Airlines announced today that its regional affiliate AmericanConnection(R) will offer an additional daily nonstop regional jet flight between Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and Baltimore Washington International Airport beginning June 9. The new flight will be operated by Chautauqua Airlines using a 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140 jet, and will complement the existing American Airlines schedule, bringing the total number of daily flights between the two cities to three.
"We are pleased to be offering this new flight that will allow our St. Louis business travelers the opportunity to leave earlier in the day in order to arrive in Baltimore in time for early afternoon meetings," said Loretta Kuss, American's Regional Manager, Passenger Sales -- St. Louis. "The return flight from Baltimore will allow passengers to land in St. Louis in the early afternoon. We continue to work hard to provide the right schedule to meet the needs of the traveling public in St. Louis."
