Eat, Drink and Be Merry at The Quarter!
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Tropicana Casino and Resort has transformed the atmosphere of The Quarter, its non-gaming expansion that offers over 40 ways to eat, drink, shop and be merry, into a "Holiday Spectacular." Guests strolling through The Quarter will be treated to Atlantic City's official "Holiday Tree," a 25-foot lavishly decorated and twinkling evergreen (SEE PHOTO,) a live Poinsettia tree, dozens of festive themed wreathes, enormous icicles and snow showers.
Beginning December 1, The Quarter will host the "Sounds of the Season" holiday concert series, featuring daily performances by local student bands and choirs. While enjoying the holiday music, guests will also be treated to elaborate spun sugar displays by Brulee: The Dessert Experience's Chef Jamal Edwards and a lifelike remake of The Quarter's interior, done completely in chocolate, by Tropicana's award-winning Pastry Chef, Cliff Butler.
With the November 2004 opening of The Quarter, Atlantic City's largest non-gaming expansion, Tropicana Casino and Resort has taken the lead in the city's revitalization. Offering guests an experience that is far beyond compare of anything else ever to be had in the city, The Quarter represents the future of Atlantic City. Through a three-story, true-to-life streetscape that embodies the essence of Old World Havana, The Quarter presents an impressive array of world-class restaurants, sizzling nightlife options, luxury retail businesses and is also home to bluemercury, the East Coast's most lavish luxury spa and apothecary.
