IRVINE, CA — (MARKET WIRE) — 12/14/2005 — Avis Rent A Car System, Inc., and AskMeNow, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocean West Holding Corporation (OTC BB: OWHC), today announced an agreement to make the AskMeNow mobile lifestyle network available through Avis’ top 100 domestic locations.
