Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina Announces Concert and Fireworks Viewing to Celebrate Historic Bridge Opening
Travel Packages Include Special Rate, Concert Tickets, and Commemorative Amenities
CHARLESTON, S.C., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday, July 14, the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina will host a waterfront concert, featuring Grammy Award-winning Kool & The Gang and Charleston's hottest cover band, Plane Jane to celebrate the July 16 opening of the longest cable-stayed bridge in North America, the Charleston Ravenel Bridge in Charleston, South Carolina.
Concert attendees will have waterfront views of the city's $300,000 fireworks display by the famed Zambelli Brothers. Proceeds will benefit Children's Hospital at the Medical University of South Carolina.
