The Cheeca Lodge & Spa Enters a New Era as an Independent World Class Resort
ISLAMORADA, Fla., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Cheeca Holdings LLC, the owner of the newly renovated upscale Cheeca Lodge & Spa, announces that on March 6, 2006, in accordance with its legal right to do so, has terminated its relationship with Rockresorts Inc. as the manager of the Cheeca Lodge & Spa.
Jerry Johnson, managing member of Cheeca Holdings LLC, states, "We are extremely proud of our Florida Keys 27-acre beachfront resort, featured recently on the cover of Conde Nast Traveler and in The New York Times. We are committed to delivering a superior resort experience in keeping with the expectations of guests of this historic resort.
