Columbus Food and Wine Affair - Only 12 Can Compete for this Hot Plate Award
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Twelve chefs will compete in the Columbus Food and Wine Affair's Signature Dish Competition. The event will be held Wednesday, August 31 at Columbus State Community College starting at 8:00 am and is limited to only 12 chefs. Each chef will have only 60 minutes to prepare their entry and five minutes to plate. This Category "K" Signature Dish competition allows each chef to earn points toward American Culinary Federation certification.
The competition will be judged by Master Chef Hartmut Handke and Chef Alex Darveshi.
