Concorde Hotels Announces Low US Dollar-Guaranteed Rates for 2005
NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/24/2005 -- As Americans continue to worry about the rising costs of travel with fluctuating currency exchange rates, Concorde Hotels announces low US dollar-guaranteed rates valid through December 31, 2005 for many of the group's 80 high-end properties worldwide.
"These dollar-guaranteed rates are not only an average of 30% lower than the rack rate, but they also usually beat the special promotional rates offered by each hotel," explains Anna Karas, Vice President-Regional Director/North America for Concorde Hotels.
US dollar-guaranteed rates are subject to room availability.
Paris Concorde LaFayette
The Concorde La Fayette hotel at the Paris Convention Center offers Executive Club deluxe single or double rooms overlooking Paris for a US dollar-guaranteed rate of $289 per night (per room). This includes buffet breakfast, daily tax, service charge, welcome cocktail and complimentary access to the hotel's new on-site fitness center and the nearby health club's swimming pool. The US dollar-guaranteed rate is 40% below the rack rate for this type of room and 20% lower than the lowest promotional rate offered.
