More Sun, More Fun for Less on Delta
Special low introductory fares promote new non-stop service to the Sunshine State
ATLANTA, June 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- This summer Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) is giving customers in even more cities around the country non- stop flights to some of Florida's top vacation destinations. Delta Connection carriers Chautauqua Airlines and Comair are offering new daily service between:
- Orlando, Fla., and Asheville, N.C. (one roundtrip flight operated by
Chautauqua);
- Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Lexington, Ky. (one roundtrip flight operated
by Comair).
- Tampa, Fla., and Lexington, Ky. (one roundtrip flight operated by
Comair);
- Orlando and San Antonio, Texas (two roundtrip flights operated by
Comair).
To celebrate the new Florida service, Delta is offering customers special low introductory sale fares. Customers need to act fast as tickets must be purchased by June 21, 2005, for travel between June 21 and Aug. 31, 2005.

With this summer's expansion, Delta and the Delta Connection carriers will offer customers in 34 U.S. and Caribbean destinations more than 430 daily non- stop flights to Florida, as well as 96 daily departures between nine Florida communities.

All travel will be provided by the Delta Connection carriers Comair and Chautauqua.

Restrictions: Fares shown are available for purchase only on delta.com or from your travel agent. Tickets cost $5 more if purchased from Delta over the telephone or $10 more if purchased at an airport or city ticket office, and these amounts are nonrefundable. Travel agents may impose an additional service charge for ticketing. Tickets are non-transferable. Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Tickets: Fares shown are one way. Roundtrip purchase is required. Tickets must be purchased on or before June 21, 2005. Ticketing must be completed by midnight one day after the reservations are confirmed or at least 14 days prior departure, whichever occurs first, but no later than June 21, 2005. See delta.com for online ticket purchase requirements and restrictions. Travel Period: Travel may begin on or after June 21, 2005, and must be completed by August 31, 2005. Blackout Dates: June 30, July 1, 2, and July 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Fare Validity: Fares are valid only on non-stop service (i) between Lexington, KY and Ft. Lauderdale/Tampa, FL and between Orlando, FL and San Antonio, TX operated by Delta Connection carrier Comair, and (ii) between Ashville, NC and Orlando, FL operated by Chautauqua. Fares do not apply on other Delta or Delta Connection carrier flights. Minimum Stay: One night. Maximum Stay: August 31, 2005. Cancellations/Refunds/Changes: Fares are nonrefundable. Delta may permit you to apply a portion of the fare value to future travel upon payment of applicable fees and fare difference; otherwise the ticket will have no value. Contact a Delta agent or visit delta.com for details. Taxes/Fees: Fares do not include a $3.20 Federal Excise Tax which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger's ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing.
