Delta offers customers sale fares, bonus SkyMiles(R) for summer travel across the United States

ATLANTA, June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) is encouraging customers to pack their flip flops, straw hats and paperback novels and take to the skies this summer. And to make it easier on the budget, Delta is offering special summer sale fares to great vacation destinations across the country.

Customers should plan their travel quickly as tickets must be purchased by June 14, 2005. Sale fares are valid now through Aug. 31, 2005, and require a minimum one-night stay.

Customers also can earn 1,000 bonus SkyMiles(R) for each flown roundtrip ticket purchased at delta.com.

Tickets cost $5 more if purchased from Delta over the telephone or $10 more if purchased at an airport or city ticket office, and these amounts are nonrefundable. Travel agents may impose an additional service charge for ticketing. Tickets are nontransferable. Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights or in all markets.
