MONTEGO BAY , JAMAICA - Considered the largest outsourcing contract in the English-speaking Caribbean , a pilot program has been signed into effect by e-Services Group International (e-SGI) and Delta Air Lines. e-SGI, which already employs 1,500 workers in Montego Bay and Kingston , will provide the customer care services for the world's second largest airline, including reservations services for American customers.

Subject to a successful test period, the agreement has the potential for a larger partnership between the two companies. e-SGI will manage the work for Delta from their existing facilities in Montego Bay , Jamaica .

Patrick Casserly, CEO of e-SGI stated: "We are pleased to have Delta Air Lines join our other US clients who require their customer service representatives to have both superior English speaking communication skills and the ability to resolve complex customer issues. We anticipate that with the success of the pilot our partnership will redefine the outsource sector in Jamaica and we are putting all resources in place to ensure a successful agreement."

Steve Scheper, vice president of reservations for Delta Air Lines said: "We selected e-SGI based on their proven ability to deliver high quality customer service at a significant cost savings as well as their proximity to the U.S. "

E-SGI's clients rely on state-of-the-art contact centres to provide unrivalled quality, accuracy and reliability, at a substantial cost savings.
