e-Services Group International Announces Partnership with Delta Air Lines

MONTEGO BAY , JAMAICA – Considered the largest outsourcing contract in the English-speaking Caribbean , a pilot program has been signed into effect by e-Services Group International (e-SGI) and Delta Air Lines. e-SGI, which already employs 1,500 workers in Montego Bay and Kingston , will provide the customer care services for the world’s second largest airline, including reservations services for American customers.

Subject to a successful test period, the agreement has the potential for a larger partnership between the two companies. e-SGI will manage the work for Delta from their existing facilities in Montego Bay , Jamaica .
