Head up to Connecticut for the first annual Foxwoods Food & Wine Festival, AKA a binge, drink and gamble fest like no other.
Three hedonistic days of tastings, cocktail parties and seminars are headlined by big shot chefs like Tom Colicchio, Morimoto, and Laurent Tourondel, along with every major spirit sponsor you could imagine (read: good times). You can buy tickets for events separately, which means you can tailor your weekend any way you like: spring for the "Grand Tasting," where you can grab gourmet bites throughout the day (perfect in between pit stops at the poker tables) and make sure to save time for some more educational sessions—namely seminars like "Tequila—the New Luxury Spirit" or "200 Year History of the Cocktail" (you may be graded on your ability to retain material).
Finally, round out Sunday with the Celebrity Chef Poker Tournament in the new World Poker Tour Room, the biggest poker room on the East Coast. Ante up for Texas Hold 'Em and No Limit, and see if these guys can bluff as well as they dish.
Whether you have what it takes to post a pre-flop Big Blind on a stomach of tequila and pate is another question.
