* No minimum financial commitment;
* No charge for additional drivers;
* Free mileage in the renting and contiguous states;
* Membership in Thrifty's Blue Chip Express Rental Program(R), with the
opportunity to sign up to earn free rental days with Blue Chip
Rewards, the company's new frequency program.
