Delta, Florida become even more synonymous with new summer flights

ATLANTA, April 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — From Pensacola to Palm Beach to Key West to Kissimmee, Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has become as analogous to Florida travel as sunshine and orange groves are to Florida’s economy. This summer, Delta Connection carriers Chautauqua Airlines and Comair will further expand customers’ travel options to, from and throughout Florida with new daily non-stop service between:

– Orlando and San Antonio (two roundtrip flights effective June 1);
– Jacksonville and Boston (two roundtrip flights effective June 1);
– Tampa and Key West (two roundtrip flights effective July 15);
– Fort Lauderdale and Tampa (four roundtrip flights effective July 15);
and
– Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville (four roundtrip flights effective
July 15).

Additionally, Comair will add a fourth daily roundtrip flight between Orlando and Nassau, the Bahamas, effective June 1.

Customers can make reservations for these new flights beginning today at delta.com.

With this summer’s expansion, Delta and the Delta Connection carriers will offer customers in 34 U.S. and Caribbean destinations more than 430 daily non- stop flights to Florida, as well as 96 daily departures between nine Florida communities.
