Hawk’s Cay Resort Ready to Welcome Visitors back to the Florida Keys; Resort Features Multiple Packages for Guests to Choose From
FLORIDA KEYS (PRWEB) July 10, 2005 -- The Florida Keys are once again open for business. The Keys were spared a direct impact from Hurricane Dennis and visitors are returning for a summer vacation of sun and fun. Hawk’s Cay Resort, located in the heart of the Keys, suffered no structural damage from the storm and is fully operational. Surrounded by the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, Hawk’s Cay Resort features family, romance and spa packages for guests to choose. Guests can select from deluxe water view hotel accommodations, suites, or two-bedroom villas with full kitchens.
The resort’s package menu includes:
-Bed & Breakfast Package: two-night stay, and breakfast each morning for two. Rates start at $529, based on double occupancy.
-Romantic Rendezvous: two-night stay, breakfast for two each morning, champagne, sunset sail and dinner for two at the resort’s WatersEdge or Porto Cayo. Rates start at $699, based on double occupancy.
-Family Island Explorer: three-, five- or seven-night stay, complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, kids 12 and under eat free when dining with adult, one-day complimentary Kids Club program for each child, and kayak rental. Savings of more than 15 percent compared to “a la carte” pricing. Rates start at $989 for a three-night package.
-Indies Spa Package: three- or five-night stay, complimentary daily breakfast buffet, complimentary spa welcome gift, $300 credit per person for three-night package or $500 credit per person for five-night package to apply toward spa treatments, products and merchandise. Rates start at $1,669 for a three-night package, based on double occupancy.
Guests can enhance their island experience by taking advantage of the many amenities and programs available at the resort. Visitors can opt to participate in an interactive dolphin program, snorkel the only living coral reef in North America, learn to sail, kayak the island’s back channels, or simply lounge at one of Hawk’s Cay’s five pools, including one designated for adult guests only.
Rates for the resort’s packages are available through Dec. 18, are based on availability, must be requested when making reservations and do not include taxes and resort fees.
Hawk’s Cay is a 60-acre island resort located 90 miles south of Miami and 60 miles north of Key West, Fla.
