Hertz Opens Tyler, Texas, Location as Part of Suburban Market Expansion
PARK RIDGE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/29/2005 -- As part of a company-wide strategy to further expand into suburban markets, The Hertz Corporation will open a Hertz Local Edition rental car facility in Tyler, Texas, on April 1, 2005.
This opening represents Hertz' commitment to serving its suburban clientele looking to rent a car for insurance replacement needs, business trips, vacations and everyday purposes.
Strategically located in an office park on Loop 323, the new location is near the Broadway Square Mall and the downtown area of Tyler. The new location provides Hertz customers with a full range of rental vehicles including minivans and compact through full-size cars. Pick-up and delivery service, insurance replacement rentals and Hertz #1 Club Gold counter service are also available. In addition, as with all Hertz corporate locations, vehicles are available for rental with unlimited mileage and all rate structures are honored, including one-way, inter-city rates.
The new Hertz Local Edition office, located at 3215 SSW Loop 323, is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In addition to this location, Hertz also recently opened a new location in Del Rio, Texas, at 1501 Veteran's Blvd. This marks Hertz' first opening in Del Rio. This location will meet commercial as well as private flights with reservations at Del Rio International Airport during working hours. The location is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
