Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House to Be Held on Thursday, June 2
PARK RIDGE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/26/2005 -- The Hertz Corporation has opened its newest suburban facility in Rochester, Minnesota, and will host a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony and Open House for the local Chamber of Commerce, body shops, insurance representatives and corporate as well as retail customers on Thursday, June 2, 2005.

Strategically situated in Northwest Rochester, just off Highway 52 and 55th Street, the new location provides Hertz customers with a full range of rental vehicles including SUVs, minivans and premium vehicles, as well as compact through full-size cars. Offering the same products and services as those found at the airport, the new location offers pick-up and delivery service, insurance replacement, Hertz #1 Club Gold counter service and vehicles equipped with Hertz' in-car global positioning system, NeverLost®. In addition, as with all Hertz corporate locations, vehicles are available for rental with unlimited mileage and all rate structures are honored, including one-way, inter-city rates.

To introduce itself to the local community, the new location will host a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and an Open House on Thursday, June 2, 2005 from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm. Representatives will be on hand to discuss Hertz services and how the Company can assist customers whose cars are in the shop.

The facility is located at 5335 Highway 52 N., Rochester, MN (P: 507-289-6640). Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 - 12 noon. The facility is closed on Sundays. For those wanting to return their rental car after hours, Hertz offers a 24-hour drop box for convenience.
