Independence Air Begins New Airbus Service to San Diego Tomorrow; Schedule Includes One Daily Roundtrip From Washington Dulles
DULLES, Va., April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Independence Air begins low-fare service to San Diego International Airport (SAN) tomorrow with one daily non-stop roundtrip to/from its hub at Washington Dulles International Airport. The flights are being served by the airline's brand new Airbus A319 aircraft, featuring all-leather seating in a single-class configuration with comfortable legroom.
All flights are available for sale on the Independence Air website at FLYi.com. All fares are sold one-way and a Saturday night stay is NOT required for any fare. Seat assignments can be reserved at the time of booking and flights are not overbooked.
Members of the Independence Air iCLUB frequent flyer program will earn double iPOINTS for travel to San Diego and all other destinations completed by June 30, 2005. Double iPOINTS details and restrictions are seen below.
San Diego is Independence Air's second destination in the West (service to Las Vegas began March 1). Non-stop flights from Washington to San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles and Seattle all begin May 1.
