Non-Stop Fares To/From Washington as Low as $29, $39, $44 and $49 One-Way Connecting Fares Start at $74 on the East Coast, $84 and $94 Across the Country

DULLES, Va., May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Low-fare airline Independence Air (NASDAQ:FLYI) is excited to roll out a special four-day fare sale that gets the summer travel season started with great low fares on flights to and from all 46 FLYi destinations.

One-way fares to/from Washington Dulles International Airport purchased at least seven days in advance are available for as low as $29 to destinations like Albany, Hartford and Louisville, as low as $39 to cities including New York, Greensboro and Indianapolis, as low as $44 to Tampa and Knoxville and as low as $49 to places like Orlando, Ft. Myers and West Palm Beach among others. Even flights to Las Vegas and Los Angeles are on sale for as low as $74 one- way. Seven-day advance purchase fares for flights connecting over Washington Dulles to/from East Coast Independence Air destinations are available for as low as $74. Flights connecting over Washington Dulles to/from Independence Air's West Coast cities start at $84 and $94. These lowest fares are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; other days are slightly higher.

Seats are available at FLYi.com, 1-800-FLY-FLYi and travel agencies. Fares are limited and may not be available on all flights or all days. Travel must be purchased before midnight May 19th. Fare sale details and restrictions are seen below.

Independence Air fare sale fare rules: Sale fares require a 7-day advance purchase, are one-way, limited and may not be available on all flights. The lowest sale fares are available only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; slightly higher sale fares are available on other days of the week. Heavy demand for these sale fares could cause certain days to be sold out prior to the end of the promotion. Travel must be booked online at FLYi.com or through a travel agency by 12:00 midnight EST 5/19/05 and completed by midnight 6/29/05. Sale fares will not be available for travel on 5/30/05. Sale fares are non- refundable but reservations may be changed for a $35 fee (only $25 if change is made at FLYi.com) plus any applicable difference in fare. Sale fares do not include segment fees of up to $6.40, the September 11th Security Fee of up to $5.00 and Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9.00. Bookings made through 1-800-FLY-FLYi are $5 higher per passenger. Fares are subject to change without notice.
