DULLES, Va., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Low-fare airline Independence Air (NASDAQ:FLYi) will extend its list of Airbus destinations by offering new A319 flights to Jacksonville and by converting its Boston service to an all-Airbus schedule. The changes will take place beginning September 6th.

Jacksonville service will include three daily roundtrips -- two aboard the Airbus A319, with one CRJ flight. The Boston schedule will feature five daily roundtrips -- all served by the Airbus A319. The complete Jacksonville and Boston schedules are seen below.

In addition, Independence Air has now released all seats for sale onboard all flights through January 31, 2006. Customers who are beginning to think about making plans for the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holiday period can now access flights to/from all Independence Air destinations. Seats are available at FLYi.com(SM), by calling 800-FLY-FLYi and through travel agencies.

In addition to these announcements, Independence Air is still proudly offering its special iCLUB(R) frequent flyer deals to all FLYi(SM) customers:
